This page is to advise customers of their approximate place in line. Your invoice number is based on date logged in, not necessarily the date received - YYMMDDXX. Any customer dissatisfied with the turnaround time, provided I have not begun working on your order, may have their order returned with refund of any pre-paid charges, less shipping. I will try to keep the list updated weekly. Some orders take longer than others, or require equipment that I have set up for a different operation, so while I generally adhere to "first-in first-out," some orders may be completed out-of-sequence. "In Process" means that I have started on your order. Sometimes, after starting on your order , I may discover a part that needs replacement, or I need a decision from you, etc. Therefore an order may be "in process" for several weeks or more. Glock grip reductions (temporarily suspended) are done in batches without regard for their date of arrival, in 3 month intervals.
