FAL Israel, lower receiver with return spring tube

stripped lower with return spring tube. Parkerized. Interchangeable with other FAL variants, but must use Israeli type selector.
Unlike the AR-15, the upper receiver is the “firearm” on the FAL.  There are no restrictions on purchasing the lower.
